Period health and knowledge is really empowering. It’s a great way to become in tune with our bodies and support our bodies instead of fighting it. Unfortunately, periods are considered a taboo subject but I want to change that!

We, as women, should know and care more about our periods even if we don’t want to have a baby right now or ever. The answer to period problems shouldn’t be just to blindly take birth control, (like I did for 7 years!) for my PCOS.
