You can’t make them happy. It’s one of the tough things that people have to realize when dealing with a narcissist. Can a narcissist be happy? Yes, but only for short periods of time. It’s not your fault that the narcissistic person in your life isn’t happy on a consistent basis, that’s on them and something that they need to work on for themselves.
