If you’re thinking “she’s just going to tell me I’m beautiful and good enough and I’m perfect just the way I am” while all of that is true, telling someone they’re beautiful doesn’t have much of an effect on their belief system about themselves. Today I want to talk about the effect comparison has on us, why we all seem to struggle with it, how to stop it within ourselves, and some tricks I use to stay in an abundance mindset.
