EP035: In part 2 of one of my last episodes “how to be a girl’s girl” I explained how we begin to deconstruct our internalized misogyny so that we can transcend the competition and comparison of other women, and lift them and ourselves up instead. In order to be a true girl’s girl, we have to understand what the beliefs that are engrained in us are in order to eradicate them. That’s why this entire episode is dedicated to examples of those belief systems that are rooted in misogyny, so that we can recognize, detach, and remove them from our personal beliefs.
