Wer hat schonmal aus Emotionen heraus sich völlig falsch verhalten, falsch reagiert oder schlechte Entscheidungen getroffen? Ich vermute, dass dies jedem schon passiert ist.

Gesagtes kann nicht mehr zurückgenommen werden. Die emotionalen Schmerzen, die man auslöst, können ein Leben lang bleiben. Daher lohnt sich zu überlegen, wie man es schaffen kann, seine Emotionen weitestmöglich im Zaum zu halten. Gerade im Austausch mit nahestehenden Menschen.
