Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chestā¦..simply breathe continuously and easilyā¦ā¦natural and neutralā¦relax even more and go withinā¦ā¦PAUSE
Tune in to the center of your beingā¦ā¦find where that is for youā¦heartā¦headā¦.bellyā¦.
No judgmentā¦.this is your special placeā¦..it feels safe and warmā¦..
As you keep tuning inā¦.you feel your oneness, your essenceā¦ā¦
You are loveā¦..everything is within you to be in flowā¦ā¦.to trustā¦..PAUSE
