About this episode

What's up friends! Today, you'll be hearing from my colleague Brittany Braswell, and we'll be chatting about one of my favorite topics, overcoming negative body image.

We'll be discussing the top three key pieces (two of which most women have likely never considered) that are needed in order to truly achieve and sustain the confidence to care for your physical and mental health. And.. we'll be tackling this topic all from a position of play, peace, and joy - never from a posture of worry and obligation. Because, we truly can overcome the fears and insecurities, that we so often cling to, that cause us to feel like perpetual dieting and meal planning is the answer.

I'm so excited for you to hear Brittany's take on body image, and how we can break free from the bondage of body shame and food guilt, so we can heal the connection with our body. Let's dive in!
