About this episode

Whether you're training is on point, plateaued or yet to kick start, today's episode is jam packed full of health related content you are going to absolutely love!

Brittney is an accredited Master trainer with over 5 years’ experience in the Fitness industry. She currently works as an Adidas trainer, My Muscle Chef ambassador and a Keep It Cleaner Strength Master Trainer. Her love for helping people with their health and fitness was certainly showcased in today's convo. We chat a range of topics from finding a balance with extreme & restrictive diets, to thinking about the longevity of our lives in all of our habits, finding what stirs motivation, how to avoid burnout, and tips on how to kick start a fitness regime (or shake it up if you're feeling as though you have plateaued)!

It's impossible to include all the goodness in this short wrap up, just do yourself a favour and tune in (and share the poddy with someone else who will love it too)! You can connect with Britt more on IG @brittactive.
