We peel back the layers of what affects how good we feel in our bodies, beyond just body positivity and self-love. Jenna explains why it's normal to not always feel good in your body, why it’s not always bad to be ‘out of your body’ and why there is nothing wrong with your inherent need to look and feel good. Plus, how you can use your Human Design chart to help you thrive in your body in YOUR way.
