It's not about faking confidence, it's about being a bit nicer to yourself even if you have extra weight, flab, rolls, cellulite or whatever it is that makes you feel uncomfortable in your body.
Britany doesn't preach to "love yourself no matter what" nor does she believe in reciting BS affirmations that just feel like lies you repeat to yourself. This podcast is about looking your body insecurities in the eye and saying "i see you, i respect you, but you do not get to define me, my thoughts and my life."
