When you control your breathing, you control your physical stress responses which in turn controls your emotional responses.
This is a gradual practice to help you gently expand your capacity to deepen your breath, and deepen your relaxation state.
This practice is followed by a 20 minute Sound Bowl healing, also known as a sound bath. The vibrations from the sound bath helps clear energy blockages from energy centers in the body. Helping elevate your own vibrational frequency to invite energy clearing, relaxation and clarity.
