Hey friend, today’s episode is 100% the most vulnerable episode I’ve ever shared.  On a recent call with my business mentor, I realized I’ve really been holding back.  I’m moving into a new depth of self honesty, authenticity, and evolution & part of that process means I’m getting really honest with you & with myself about who I am, what this space is really about & what you can expect from me moving forward.  Hint hint - it’s radical honesty & no filters. 

When the old dies off (protective, filters, people pleasing, codependency) and the new (health, vitality, self expression, authenticity, honesty) is being born it’s terrifying, challenging & so scary. 

Moving into uncharted waters within ourselves and being willing to let old patterns, old behaviors, old limiting beliefs die off is weirdly and unexpectedly terrifying, but it’s part of this wild ride we’re on & I have to believe that what God has for us on the other side of it is so worth it.
