Once you get the basics down, adding scientifically-proven wellness tools, like red light, can further your health journey.

I use red light to wind down and found it really helped with scarring and recovery after having my implants removed. Craig and I both have the red light face mask as well, and we’ve noticed a difference in our skin (and it’s just so relaxing).
