In this episode I define the true meaning of self care. Self care has been so commercialized that many people believe its giving yourself whatever you want, but by doing that you can actually cause self destruction. Here we talk about self care versus self destruction, I define self care, give examples of how to start instituting it and how it effects your health and well being if you do or do not do it regularly. It truly is a gift to yourself and in this season we are often busy giving to others but it is important that we also tend to ourselves!
