On todays episode, I dive into some fantastic books on anxiety and personal development that will change the way you think. The first book, Rewire Your Anxious Brain by Pittman and Karle is about the two brain pathways that lead to anxiety and how to use them to lessen anxiety. The next, 12 More Rules for Life by Dr. Peterson, I read a passage from the chapter: Work as hard as possible at one thing and see what happens. Then, I read from Your Brain on Porn by Gary Wilson on how super stimuli's like pornography can impact relationships and connection.
