About this episode

What if you don’t feel your best — and that’s okay too? There’s a big relief in calling out your anxiety. Author Matt Haigh spoke about it recently on his Instagram. Putting a label on your feelings and accepting them; “I have anxiety right now. I’m okay, but today I have anxiety.” When you’re having those feelings, call yourself out. In this episode we’ll teach you how.
