COACHING CULTURE PODCAST
About this episode

The fight against mediocrity is taxing. It is even more taxing from a leadership perspective where you can’t just take care of yourself, you have to inspire the ones around you to follow your example. In this episode, JP and Nate continue the conversation with special guest Anson Dorrance, the longtime head coach of the women’s soccer program at the University of North Carolina. He has one of the most successful coaching records in the history of athletics and with Dorrance's guidance, the Tar Heels have won numerous NCAA Women's Soccer Championships.
