Alex VanHouten is a father, husband, and self-proclaimed fitness nerd. He has served thousands of clients as a health coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer for the past 16 years. He is the owner and founder of the Betterment Company and the Better Daily App. Alex lives in Greenbrier, Arkansas with his wife and two boys.
