Hello!
We are back in your ears for the first episode of 2023 talking about the creeping cost of living and it's impact on our mental health.
We know that mental health and money problems are often intricately linked.
When it comes to the cost of living in 2022, Australia is currently listed as the country with the 16th highest cost of living in the world.
Increase cost of living can create stress, leading to ongoing anxiety, and promote the withdrawal from the things that actually help our mental wellbeing (such as socialising, hobbies, exercise, nutritionally dense foods, safety)
How can we help ourselves through this stressful time?
In this ep we deep dive into the emotional and psychological toll of the creeping cost of living and some ways which can help.
We hope you enjoy
