About Adee:

ADEE CAZAYOUX is the Founder and CEO of Working Against Gravity (WAG), an online nutrition coaching program with one ambitious yet achievable mission — to transform lives.

Having made a name for herself in the world of nutrition early on, Cazayoux has worked with elite athletes such as Katrin Davidsdottir, Jessica Lucero and Tia Clair-Toomey

As a 16-year-old girl, Cazayoux faced her own challenges with maintaining a healthy weight. It was a struggle that led her to discover a passion for nutrition that would forever change the trajectory of her life. Since then, Cazayoux has strived to advance her knowledge every chance she gets. From completing her Bachelors in Honors Psychology, a Masters in Teaching, and then a Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance, Cazayoux is the textbook definition of a lifelong learner.

Beyond being an entrepreneur and student of the nutritional sciences, Cazayoux is also an athlete herself, having competed in many sports throughout her life. Cazayoux is most notably a Bronze Medalist in the 2016 Canadian National Weightlifting Championships.

Currently living in Austin, Texas with her loving husband Michael Cazayoux of Brute Strength Training and her adorable Labradoodle, Otis.
