Kujichagulia means Self Determination. KUJICHAGULIA - "To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves and speak for ourselves."
The Sacral Chakra is located below the naval and is associated with the kidneys. This chakra is all about sexual energy, creativity, and honoring and taking care of our emotional self which I think is an important aspect in self determination.
