Today I’m sharing a breath that stimulates the root chakra. It’s a general “masculine” breath, meaning that it will stimulate all of your masculine energy chakras (more on that in Episode 170!). This breath is excellent for creating heat and energy in the body if you need a boost during the day, and for activating your Root Chakra!
