ļ»æTodayās healing will focus on the throat chakra. The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning āwheelā or ādiskā. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support.Ā
To best experience this energy treatmentā¦..lie down and be comfortable.
Lets invokeā¦.I call forth your spiritā¦spirit guidesā¦Angelsā¦mastersĀ andĀ guardians toĀ surround you at this time. Working with the vibration of sound to aid you in communication, creativity and harmony.ā¦..and so it isā¦.and so be itā¦..
Close down your eyesā¦.feel your body descendā¦ deeperā¦ and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journeyā¦..a journey of self discovery and a personal questā¦..
The throat chakra located at the region of the neck and shouldersā¦..the place of sound, words and vibration ā¦.PAUSE
The element of this energy center is soundā¦..and the breathā¦.PAUSE
Turn inward to the sound of your breathā¦ā¦.notice the sound between your inner earsā¦..PAUSE
Notice the sound at the back of the throatā¦ā¦.
Notice the sound outside of your earsā¦ā¦..
Can you hear your breath?......
How miraculous is thisā¦ā¦.PAUSE
At the time of your birth and entrance into this world your cries were heardā¦..
A symphony of unique soundā¦..that is distinctively yoursā¦..PAUSE
Your voice is preciousā¦.sweet and specialā¦..PAUSE
Like the harmonies of a symphonyā¦ā¦you create communication with yourself and othersā¦.LONG PAUSE
Drop deeper withinā¦..take a nice long slow deep breath inā¦ā¦.and a nice long slow deep breath outā¦.PAUSE
Feel your throat expand with the air coming inā¦ā¦and slightly contract with the air emptyingā¦.PAUSE
Begin to visualize a bright color blueā¦..spacious like the skyā¦ā¦..right at the center of your throatā¦PAUSE
This blue light has a distinct vibration to itā¦ā¦feel its wave of light move in and around your throatā¦PAUSE
The frequency creates large circlesā¦ā¦.like a vortexā¦ā¦in a clockwise directionā¦PAUSE
Feel the flowā¦ā¦the vibrationā¦.and waves of lightā¦.LONG PAUSE
This light is activating a soundā¦ā¦.the seed sound of the throat chakraā¦ā¦PAUSE
It is a light, airy, an ethereal soundā¦.the sound of etherā¦..PAUSE
Hear this sound nowā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦PAUSE
HAMā¦ā¦HAMā¦ā¦HAMā¦ā¦.LONG PAUSE
This frequency now changes directionā¦.large circlesā¦.like a vortexā¦.in a counter clockwise directionā¦ā¦PAUSE
Activating the seed sound once againā¦ā¦HAMā¦.HAMā¦.HAMā¦.LONG PAUSE
Finallyā¦this magnificent color blue spreads throughout your entire bodyā¦ā¦.
Feel the coolnessā¦ā¦.the activation of communicationā¦ā¦oneness and expressionā¦PAUSE
Feel this expansive stateā¦.. the state of unityā¦..you feel awakened and aliveā¦PAUSE
You now can express yourselfā¦.authenticallyā¦ā¦and speak your truthā¦PAUSE
Anything that is not serving you from a place of communication is being washed awayā¦ā¦.
Stay here as the blue waves continue to wash you cleanā¦.ā¦ā¦ to a place of harmony and balanceā¦..ā¦..LONG PAUSE
Slowly returnā¦ā¦returnā¦..slowlyā¦.PAUSE
Come back to your breathā¦..welcome it inā¦..joyfully and with easeā¦PAUSE
The integration is completeā¦ā¦.Your throat chakra is feeling more balancedā¦..healed and openā¦ā¦PAUSE
You throat chakra is radiantā¦.. healthy and wellā¦..PAUSE
