What if a lack of self-love and a lack of feeling of approval or acceptance was holding you back or affecting your health?  The feeling of wanting approval or acceptance is a very real and common human experience. Many people experience feelings of wanting approval or acceptance, whether it be from parents, a caregiver, spouses, or employers. That is the case for today’s volunteer, Katarina, who is experiencing pain and other health issues.  As Brandy works with her, important insights surface that are impacting Katarina's health, and as Brandy coaches her to shift her energy, something amazing begins to happen. You won’t want to miss this!

This episode is powerful and uplifting and is so important for anyone who has been struggling with a lack of self-love and other emotions associated with approval and acceptance.
