Fatty Food For Stronger Brains

About this episode

Episode #813

Funfact : Did you know that 60% of our brains are made up of fat?

Our brain requires EFA - i.e., Essential Fatty Acids, like Omega 3, DHA, Omega 6, etc. These are the building blocks of specific parts of our brains and our nervous system. So needless to say, they're super important for our brains. But because of the low-fat diet fad that started a few decades ago, we often fall short of these Essential Fatty Acids.

In this episode of #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin explains why it's important to incorporate these back in our diets and how we can include these Essential Fatty Acids in a healthy and balanced way.
