In this episode I talk a little bit about how to not let your past hold you back from growing and becoming the person you want to be. We are often are harshest critics and hold ourselves back through negative self-talk. Learning to use your flaws, insecurities, the things you've been through, and the things you're not proud of to form a stronger identity is a really powerful thing that will allow you to build confidence and become the best version of yourself.
