You Might Need a Break

Before diagnosing yourself with anxiety or depression, check to see if you just need a break from the intensity of your life. When we're overwhelmed for prolonged periods of time, we can get stuck in a fight, flight, or freeze reactivity, which can make us feel like something is wrong with us. You may just need a break, just as any other human would if they were going through your situation.
