In today's episode, I let you in on a little cheat code that I build for myself to develop a better connection with nutrition. It's not a crazy fad or diet, it's a simple practice that allows me to create greater awareness and a deeper intention with the foods I'm eating. 

I find that many of us struggle with guilt and shame around the relationship we have with our diets which doesn't empower us to feel confident about our ability to tune in and listen to our bodies natural wisdom.
