BUT, they don't address the mindset behind overwhelm and the fact that your long to-do list is not necessarily the source of your overwhelm. Overwhelm is a MINDSET. And if you're stuck in that mindset for too long, then it can be detrimental to your mental health and well-being. In this episode, Mary shares self-talk tools for getting through overwhelm.
