In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin is asked by Ravish - how to forgive yourself? How to not feel regret that and just move on? What Ravish is talking about here is GUILT. In situations where we've been wrong, guilt is the emotion that always drags you down.

Ashdin shares that the only way to get rid of guilt is with acceptance. In simple words, just accepting that this particular thing happened. You need to acknowledge that yes, indeed you made some mistakes, you took some bad decisions - and as soon as you do this, a large part of guilt is let go of.
