On this episode, I talk about guilt and how it accumulated in my life. After lessoning the behaviours that made me feel guilty and weak, I noticed that I started to view myself differently. I was having less guilt, shame, and the weight of my negative ora was lightening up. I go into the strategies that will help you overcome guilt and live the strong life you were always meant to live.
