seasonal affective disorder has been kicking in pretty hard these past few weeks… it’s cold, the sun is out for like 2 hours a day… so if you’re feeling kinda bummed out believe me you’re not alone. but i’ve picked up a few habits recently that have really helped me feel better and i wanna share with you guys. i know i sound like a mom and maybe not all of these will work for everyone but hopefully you’ll find at least a few of these tips helpful, not only for the winter time but year round.
