About this episode

On this episode, I talk about the negative thoughts of hurting someone we love or of a loved one dying and why we get them. Anxiety sufferers react so strongly to these thoughts and begin to attach shame towards themselves for thinking such a thing. I go over some POWERFUL techniques to combat these negative thoughts so you can shift your perspective over them and thus putting an end to the vicious cycle.
