103 | Techniques For Negative Thoughts

BRAD ROBINSON: ANXIETY SPECIALIST, CBT COACH, AND NLP MASTER PRACTITIONER
About this episode

On this episode, I talk about my experiences with negative thoughts and why they can be difficult to ignore. Our brains are plastic, which means we can strengthen and weaken neural pathways. The more emotion you give a thought, the more you strengthen your grip over it. I talk about how thoughts become so well learned and the different techniques you can implement to break your hold over these negative thoughts.
