One manager learns that lesson the hard way when she gave away OP's private information to a stranger, and then acted like it was no big deal. OP quit on the spot, which caused her manager to have a breakdown because the store is already understaffed. Here's an idea: if you're having trouble finding employees, maybe you could try paying your employees more 🤷
