Adam works with a client that had a habit of thinking a lot about the times when he had a bad experience, was treated badly or unfairly. This kept him in an elevated state of stress and overwhelm which was having a physical creation on his health due to elevated cortisol levels. 

Adam creates a hypnosis session designed to introduce coping strategies to reduce anger and stress both in the moment and when reflecting on previous memories. 

This will be a useful session for anyone that gets angry quickly or experiences a lot of stress.
