36. Managing Time with Health and Wellne...

For You From Eve
About this episode

Hi loves Xx

Today I speak with Victoria who is a Wellness and Health Influencer who also focuses on timeless fashion. Victoria and I talk about the hustle of living in a big and busy city and how that could affect the way we prioritize our health and fitness. Using the excuse of 'not having enough time' is something that all of us are guilty of especially when our calendar is packed with millions of meetings and deadlines.

Fast Fashion has been trending tremendously on Social Media such as TikTok and Instagram and has taken such a huge toll on how we allow micro trends affect the way we dress so quickly and we end up wasting so much money and closet space. Be sure to follow Victoria on Instagram @collectivebyv

For You From Eve was curated on becoming a better version of our yesterday selves through the power of manifesting, meditating, and motivation. I have guests on every Monday, Solo Episodes on a series I call For You Friday's, and Challenges at the 1st of every month. I am so happy you decided to begin this journey with me, and I am so excited for you to see your potential.
