Judy Weaver is a yoga therapist and a yoga teacher-of-teachers with over 30 years of experience and is the founder of Connected Warriors and Bodymind Recalibration.

Judy is known for her expertise in the world of trauma and developed evidence based Trauma-Conscious Yoga protocol based on the understanding that trauma is held in the cells of the body and mind and refined this practice with Bodymind Recalibration which builds cognitive and somatic body/mind relationships. Judy's newest passion as co-founder of Yoga Unify, launched a new paradigm to unify the global yoga community, preserving the traditions and elevating the profession.
