About this episode

Welcome to episode 39 of The Mindful Kind podcast!

After a few thoughtful questions from my wonderful community, I decided to share my thoughts about mindful parenting.

Discover three tips for being a more mindful parent, including:

  • Take some time to breathe when you're feeling stressed
  • Play games which encourage mindfulness with your child
  • Learn more about mindfulness from your child!
  • Create support networks

I also share my answer to one of my lovely listeners about how to deal with guilt when taking time for mindfulness/self-care practices.
