About this episode

Welcome to a new year of podcasts. Rather than the normal tripe of setting big scary goals for the year and me firing you up with stuff everyone says but very few do I thought we would get a bit more real for this one.

I called in Tom Walker who has had a roller coaster of a journey with the sport of triathlon as he has followed his dreams to race at the world champs but of course like many of us COVID had different plans. For pretty much the first time ever Tom in how own words is "opening up" and in doing so going through some really cool therapy. I know this show was not easy for him to do but I also know it is the start of something truly great for him and hopefully for you also.
Enjoy the show.

No Weakness.
