There are many things I do not like about the middle eastern way of doing things, but I can not deny that the middle eastern and meditteranean diet is one of the best in the world! 

 

Research after research after research shows us that the meditterranean diet is the best for heart health, diabetes, obesity, and longevity. I discuss in this episode 6 things I absolutely love, and small improvements we can make that would make our diet IDEAL.
