Seven years after Australian CrossFit phenom Kara Saunders saw people doing a CrossFit workout, she stood on the podium at the 2017 CrossFit Games as the second-Fittest Woman on Earth. She’s also been crowned Australia’s fittest female five times. And just four months after giving birth to her first child, Kara was back on the competition floor of the 2020 CrossFit Open—where she earned 12thin the world.
