Food systems leaders celebrate author, nutritionist and NYU Professor Emerita Marion Nestle for her 90th birthday. Dani is joined by speakers including author Ruth Reichl, Kathleen Finlay (Glynwood Center for Regional Food and Farming), New York Times reporter Kim Severson, Culinary Historian and Food Studies Scholar Cathy Kaufman, author Francis Moore Lappé, and singer-songwriter Amber Rubarth.
