Shi Heng Yi is a 35th-generation Shaolin master and headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe. Born in Germany to Vietnamese refugee parents, he began training at age four and has spent over three decades studying the interaction between mind and body. He now shares the Shaolin path of discipline, meditation, and self-mastery with a global audience through his teachings, his TED Talks, and his book Shaolin Spirit.
