TW: body dysmorphia, eating disorders, depression, suicide
Everyone has been affected by talk, media, and societal pressures around body image, weight loss/gain, eating, dieting, and beauty standards. Hopefully this video is helpful for some of you regardless of whether you have or have had an ED. It’s been over 2 years since I’ve given an update on my eating disorder and body dysmorphia but I’ve finally gotten around to getting my thoughts together. A part of it is that even talking about it can trigger me to start eat differently again and even get back into old habits. But as I mentioned in the video, it's not linear and all part of the recovery process!
