1 strict pullup
Cannot bench their bodyweight
Cannot squat below parallel with load
Cannot deadlift 2× bodyweight
Most women:
Cannot do one strict negative pullup
Bench the bar
Row half their bodyweight
Bodyweight squat past parallel
