Stressed-Out Chronic Dieter Transformati...

COREY LITTLE
About this episode

It might be time to really think about what you’ve typically done in the past and what you want for your future.

There’s a famous quote that says - "Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in ten years"

After 20+ years of coaching people, I've developed my own version of this quote . . .

"We overestimate what we can do in a month and vastly underestimate what we can do in a year."

We live in a super fast world. Unfortunately that’s led to most of us being pretty impatient.

When you're living in a body that doesn't FEEL good ...

Or your body doesn't LOOK how you want ...

Or your health is suffering ...

Then we’re really not patient!  We want to fix it now! Give me a 4 week program to knock this out.

I get it. I'm not necessarily a shining example of patience myself.

However, when it comes to losing weight, keeping it off, and creating the life and health you really want … that takes longer than one month.

In today’s episode, we’re talking about true weight loss transformation - what it looks like, sounds like, and a realistic timeline.
