Episode 4 Applying The Art of War Princi...

About this episode

Today we are Applying The Art of War Principles to Goal Achievement.

We explore how the principles from Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" can be applied to setting and achieving personal goals. Let's break down each principle and see how it can be translated into practical steps for personal growth.

Know yourself and know your enemy: Before setting goals, it is important to understand ourselves, our strengths and weaknesses, and what we want to achieve. This self-assessment should also involve understanding any external factors or obstacles that may hinder our progress. Knowing our enemy, or in this case, potential challenges and obstacles, allows us to prepare for them and find ways to overcome them.
