The challenge is not about proving our worth but learning how to navigate fear, self-doubt, and emotions so they don’t hold us back.

I share how shifting our perspective on self-worth can transform our confidence and overall experience of life. Instead of trying to “feel good enough,” we should focus on processing emotions, balancing our inner world, and taking action despite fear.
