This episode invites you to stop living from a place of inadequacy and instead embrace your inherent worth. By letting go of judgment and stepping into mindfulness, you can make decisions from a place of power, confidence, and authenticity.
Jessie dives into one of the most common challenges many healthcare professionals face: the feeling of being "not enough."
